At PERTAPIS we engage in self-help projects for the betterment of the community's welfare in Singapore.
As an approved charitable organization with the status of an Institution of Public Character (IPC), we aim to reach out and help the community in line with our vision: "The Best we can be in the Service to the Community"
The very first PERTAPIS Moral Education class was set up in 1983 with the objective of enabling young Muslim students to acquire basic Islamic knowledge and values during the weekends in their own neighborhoods. To date, we have about 2,000 students registered at 5 branches all over Singapore.

Our Programmes
Besides the classes held over 2 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, our centres do organise Educational Visits (such as Discovery Centre & Science Centre) and Social Activities (such as motivational camps & night cycling).
