| 1. WELFARE OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Assist in programmes administration and day-to-day operations of the homes and centres
- Assist in organising volunteer programmes
- Assist in organising activities and carrying out of basic health care procedures for Residents
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels Certificate
- Experience in related work, an advantage
- Able to work rotating shifts
2. SOCIAL WORKER
Responsibilities:
- Render professional social work services and advice to clients and their families.
- Identify,
plan, initiate and monitor existing and new programs so as to enhance
the standard of social work services in the centres.
- Working
closely with external agencies such as MCYS, The Subordinate &
Family Courts and other social welfare organisations.
- Case
Management of Clients - Perform direct casework by doing initial intake
interviews, case analysis, treatment planning, family mediation and
counselling.
- Prison and home visits as part of Case Management
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, Major in Psychology / Social Work preferred
- Related work experience an advantage
3. ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of Accounts;
- Maintenance of Accounts;
- Liaising with Auditors
- Checking of data entry records
- Monitoring of Accounts Receivables and Payables
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting
- Experience with ACCPAC Software (all modules)
- At least 2 years experience in Full-set of Accounts
- Experience in a non-profit organization is an advantage
4. WELFARE ATTENDANTResponsibilities:
- Feeding and washing of incapable Residents;
- Ensuring health and safety of Residents
- Ensuring high quality hygiene of the centres/ homes;
- Ensuring the safety environment for Residents.
Requirements:
- Secondary Education
- Able to speak and understand simple English
- Willing to work with Children, young women or Elderly
- Experience in related work, an advantage
- Willing to work on rotating shifts
